BRAKING AND SHEARING
Our Brake and Shear Department can handle almost anything with our full range of custom equipment.

• Two 12' brakes - one being a recently acquired 12 ft x 250 ton CNC for repetitive bends and precise accuracy.
• One 8' brake
• One 12' shear
• One 10' shear

ROLLING
We have a large range of rolling capabilities and can roll plates ranging from 7"OD x 48" long to 16"OD to 3/8" thick x 8' wide.

CUTTING
With our custom cutting equipment, we have the ability to cut just about anything from wood to hard materials like Inconel and Hastelloy.

• One high definition plasma - 8' x 12' tables capable of cutting almost any material to a thickness of 8". Both units have two cutting heads, giving us the ability to cut two parts at once.
• One laser - 5' x 10' table for fine cutting material up to 5/8" thickness.

WELDING
Accuform welding offers custom fabrication design and welding processes for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our CWB Certified shop offers stick welding, MIG, and TIG processes, as well as two hand-held plasma cutters.. A portable welding truck and skid unit is also available for offsite work.
